We know that you depend on us to provide a safe environment when servicing your current vehicle or purchasing your future vehicle. The health and safety of our customers and employees has always been paramount; but today as we navigate through these unprecedented times we are taking even greater measures to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and support the health and well-being of our customers, our employees and our community.
As things are constantly changing we continue to closely monitor and act to the information that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and state and local government recommend. Also know that we have a leadership team that meets regularly and we will adjust as necessary.
We are also working with our vendors to increase cleaning and sanitizing procedures at our facility. In addition to deep cleaning our facility, we have made the following changes:
In our facility
All customer facing employees are wearing face masks and gloves to ensure your safety.
All drop off areas are set up for social distancing.
No more than 10 people are allowed in one area of the dealership at any given time.
Additional sanitizing stations have been installed and are being monitored to ensure that they are fully stocked at all times.
In our service departments
We continue to offer online service appointment scheduling.
Our service departments are well equipped to pick up, service, accept payment remotely, sanitize, and then return your vehicle back to you without personal contact.
We continue to offer pick-up and delivery services.
Upon receiving your keys, as a precaution, we will wipe all keys down with a disinfecting wipe.
While our staff works on your vehicle, they will be wearing safety gloves and other protectives inside all customer vehicles the entire time.
Once the work is done on your vehicle, we will disinfect any high-touch areas, such as the steering wheel, gear shift, rear view mirror and door handles.
Before giving you your key back, we will disinfect the key.
A seal is placed on the driver side door which identifies that the vehicle has been fully sanitized.
Pick Up and Delivery for Service –
If you are in need of service but prefer to not come into our dealerships, please keep in mind that we offer a door to door Mercedes-Benz experience as thoughtfully designed as our vehicles.
